How to turn on the tracking module s fill light

Press the brightness control button or use the side dial on the tracking module to turn on the fill light and adjust its brightness and color temperature.

For Standard Osmo Mobile 7 Users

  1. Locate the Brightness Control Button on the side of the tracking module.
  2. Press the button to turn on the fill light. Each press cycles through four brightness levels.
  3. Adjust Color Temperature by pressing the Color Temperature Control/Bluetooth Pairing Button on the side of the module, which cycles through four color temperature levels .

For Osmo Mobile 7P Users

  1. Use the Side Dial on the tracking module:
    • Long press the dial: Turn the fill light on or off.
    • Single click the dial: Switch between brightness adjustment mode and color temperature adjustment mode.
    • Rotate the dial: Adjust brightness (8 levels) or color temperature (8 levels).
    • Double-click the dial: In the DJI Mimo app camera interface, switch the dial's function between manual focus/zoom control and fill light brightness/color temperature control .

Additional Tips

  • Ensure the tracking module is properly installed and powered on.
  • You can also control the fill light settings through the DJI Mimo app if your device is connected.
  • For optimal use, make sure the gimbal and module are sufficiently charged before adjusting the fill light .

By following these steps, you can easily activate and customize the fill light on your DJI Osmo Mobile 7 or 7P tracking module for better lighting during video recording or photography.
